Transformational Therapy is designed to help uncover and change the beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that may be holding you back.
Many of the difficulties we experience as adults can be linked to beliefs formed earlier in life. By understanding where these beliefs came from and how they continue to influence us, it becomes possible to create lasting change and develop a healthier relationship with ourselves.
Transformational Therapy works directly with the subconscious mind, making it particularly effective for deep-rooted beliefs and patterns that may not shift through conversation alone.
You may have noticed yourself reacting in the same way for years. Perhaps you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, self-doubt, or never feeling quite good enough, even when part of you knows these beliefs aren’t true.
In Transformational Therapy, we work from the understanding that these patterns often began for a reason. A belief may have formed during a significant experience and then been reinforced by similar experiences over time.
One of the things I find most fascinating about this work is that the memories and connections that emerge are often not what people expect. The subconscious mind has a remarkable way of connecting the dots and bringing forward experiences that help make sense of the pattern today.
During a two-hour session, we explore the challenge you would like to work on and use guided regression to revisit experiences that may have contributed to the beliefs and patterns you are experiencing today.
As we begin to explore where these patterns started, we can work towards changing the meaning attached to those experiences and developing more supportive beliefs moving forward.
Following the session, you will receive a personalised audio recording designed specifically for you. You will be encouraged to listen to the recording regularly over the following weeks to help reinforce the changes made during the session.
Transformational Therapy is offered as a complete package, including the two-hour session, your personalised audio recording, and follow-up support, for £425.
“This is one of the reasons I am so passionate about Transformational Therapy.
The subconscious mind has a remarkable way of bringing forward exactly what needs to be heard, and the connections that emerge often surprise both of us.
Clients frequently tell me afterwards that the session was nothing like they expected, and that is usually meant as a compliment. Many arrive feeling nervous, unsure of what to expect, and leave feeling something has genuinely shifted.
What moves me most is watching someone make sense of a pattern they have carried for years, sometimes decades, within a single session. The personalised recording they take away continues that process, and I am always touched when clients tell me how much they look forward to listening to it.
This is not a passive process. You are involved and present throughout, and that is part of what makes it so powerful.”
This is something people often ask before a session. The truth is that hypnosis is usually much more natural than people expect.
One of the biggest barriers can be overthinking the process or constantly questioning whether it is working. Before we begin the regression work, I will guide you through a simple exercise that helps demonstrate how responsive your subconscious mind already is. Once you’ve experienced this for yourself, you can stop trying to work it out and simply go with whatever comes up.
People are often surprised by what emerges during regression. Memories don’t always appear as clear pictures. You might notice thoughts, feelings, sensations, or simply a knowing.
What comes up is often not what you expect, and it doesn’t need to be a major event to be important. Some of the most powerful insights can come from experiences that seemed insignificant at the time but went on to shape the beliefs you hold about yourself.
No two Transformational Therapy sessions are the same because no two people have lived the same life.
In my experience, every session reveals something useful. When your mind takes you to a particular memory or experience, there is usually a reason for it. As we explore these connections together, we often begin to understand where a belief started, how it was reinforced, and what needs to change for you to move forward.
