ADHD programmes provide practical, flexible support to help you better understand your ADHD, develop helpful strategies and return to the resources whenever you need them.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many adults with ADHD who wanted resources they could use between sessions or work through in their own time. Some people like to combine self-paced learning with one-to-one coaching, while others prefer to work through resources independently. Having practical tools you can return to whenever you need them makes it easier to revisit ideas and put them into practice in everyday life.
That’s why I created these ADHD programmes. Through my work as a counsellor and ADHD coach, I’ve seen the challenges people face every day. Each programme brings together practical strategies, reflective exercises and the Clear Forward Tools™ to help you create lasting change.
Whether you’re looking to build motivation, manage overwhelm, strengthen self-trust or create healthier habits, the aim is to give you support that feels realistic, flexible and easy to return to.
Every programme has been created around the challenges I see most often in ADHD coaching sessions. Each one focuses on a different area, including motivation, procrastination, time-blindness, emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust and overthinking.
Inside every programme, you’ll find practical strategies, reflective exercises and downloadable resources that you can use in everyday life. Work through the material at your own pace, revisit the exercises whenever you need them, and develop practical skills that support positive change over time.
The programmes have been designed for adults with ADHD, but many of the tools and strategies can also be helpful for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, develop healthier habits and create positive change.
