Clear Haven Therapy

Online Counselling For Anxiety, Overwhelm And Emotional Wellbeing

Hi, I’m Carol Gordon, a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist offering online therapy and ADHD-informed support. I’m here to help you explore what’s going on and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Support for Anxiety, Overwhelm and Feeling Stuck

Sometimes life feels harder than it should, and it’s difficult to explain why. You might be overthinking everything, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift. Perhaps you’ve been trying to hold everything together for so long that you’ve lost sight of how you actually feel.

I offer online counselling and ADHD-informed support in a calm, supportive space where we can begin to explore what’s really going on, together and at your own pace.

Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, you don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.

Questions You Might Have

What's the difference between counselling, transformational therapy, and ADHD-informed counselling?

Counselling offers a supportive space to explore whatever is on your mind. Transformational therapy works more directly with the subconscious to help shift deeper, longer-standing patterns. ADHD-informed counselling combines counselling with an understanding of how ADHD can affect emotions, relationships, confidence, work, and everyday life. If you’re not sure which approach feels right for you, we can talk it through together.

Not at all. Many people start without having the words for what they are feeling, and that’s completely okay. Part of the process is exploring this together, at your own pace.

Yes. Counselling, transformational therapy, and ADHD-informed counselling are all delivered online, allowing you to access support from wherever feels most comfortable for you.
