Sometimes life can begin to feel overwhelming in ways that are difficult to explain. You might find yourself constantly overthinking, emotionally exhausted, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling to understand why things feel harder than they seem for other people.

I offer online counselling and emotional support in a calm and supportive space where we can begin to explore what may be happening underneath those experiences together.

Alongside counselling, I also offer ADHD-informed support and coaching for people navigating overwhelm, emotional regulation, self-esteem, masking, burnout, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together.

Sessions are a supportive space for you to talk openly about what you are experiencing without judgement or pressure. Together, we can begin to explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences at a pace that feels manageable for you.
