Hi, I’m Carol Gordon, a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist offering online therapy and ADHD-informed support. I’m here to help you explore what’s going on and find a way forward that feels right for you.
Sometimes life feels harder than it should, and it’s difficult to explain why. You might be overthinking everything, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift. Perhaps you’ve been trying to hold everything together for so long that you’ve lost sight of how you actually feel.
I offer online counselling and ADHD-informed support in a calm, supportive space where we can begin to explore what’s really going on, together and at your own pace.
Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, you don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.

A supportive space to explore anxiety, overwhelm, relationships, grief, and emotional wellbeing.

A focused approach designed to work with deeper emotional patterns, beliefs, and lasting change.

Practical and emotional support for overwhelm, focus, emotional regulation, and understanding how your ADHD brain works.
What can counselling help with?
Counselling can help with anxiety, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, overthinking, and repeating patterns that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself.
What happens in a counselling session?
Sessions are a supportive space for you to talk openly about what you are experiencing without judgement or pressure. Together, we can begin to explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Do I need to know exactly what’s wrong before starting therapy?
Not at all. Many people come to counselling simply knowing that they are struggling, feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns they do not fully understand yet.
Are the counselling sessions online?
Yes. I offer online counselling sessions across the UK using Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
A free 20-minute online call to explore what support you may be looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
