Welcome to Clear Haven Therapy. I’m Carol, an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, offering online counselling, RTT, and ADHD coaching to help clients across the UK navigate anxiety, ADHD, and phobias.
ADHD-Related Patterns, Anxiety and Overwhelm
I offer counselling and coaching for adults experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, and ongoing difficulties with focus, organisation, and emotional regulation. Many of the people I work with recognise ADHD-related patterns in themselves, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis.
Support is available whether you’re exploring ADHD for the first time, waiting for assessment, or simply trying to understand why certain patterns keep repeating.
Self-Guided Emotional Regulation Support

You may prefer to work independently, or to complement counselling, with structured self-guided support.
These courses focus on recognising ADHD-related patterns, managing overwhelm, regulating strong emotions, and developing practical strategies around areas such as procrastination, time blindness, and emotional regulation. They are ADHD-informed and form part of a wider ADHD support pathway, which may also include coaching for those who feel that approach fits them better.
Support That Fits Your Needs
I offer different ways of working, depending on what feels most helpful for you. This includes counselling, ADHD coaching, and self-guided ADHD courses you can work through at your own pace. Support is always tailored to your needs, pace, and circumstances.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
Some people also choose Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) for more focused, time-limited work, particularly where patterns feel stuck or hard to shift through talking alone. RTT is offered alongside counselling, where it feels appropriate.
